Yakuzen Organics Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Yakuzen Organics, we know you are eager to start your wellness journey. We partner with top-tier courier services across India to ensure your products reach you safely, securely, and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

• Dispatch Time: All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your order details.

• Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (IST) will typically be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery times vary based on your location and the courier partner's network. Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are:

• Metro Cities (Tier 1): 2 to 4 business days.

• Non-Metro Cities (Tier 2 & Tier 3): 4 to 7 business days.

• Remote Locations & North East India: 7 to 10 business days.

Note: While we strive to meet these timelines, occasional delays may happen due to weather conditions, strikes, or local lockdowns.

Shipping Charges & Cash on Delivery (COD)

We aim to keep shipping costs as transparent and affordable as possible.

• Prepaid Orders:

  • Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For prepaid orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied at checkout.

• Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • COD is available for most pin codes across India.

  • To cover the additional handling costs charged by our logistics partners, a nominal COD fee of ₹70 is applied to all Cash on Delivery orders, regardless of the order value.

  • We may restrict COD availability for high-value orders or locations with a history of high return rates.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, the real-time tracking details will be shared with you:

1. You will receive an SMS, WhatsApp message, or Email containing the AWB (tracking number) and a tracking link.

2. You can also track your order directly on our website by logging into your account and visiting the "Track My Order" section.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts to reach you.

If you miss the delivery, the delivery agent will usually call you to reschedule. If the order remains undelivered after 3 attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse (RTO - Return to Origin).

• For prepaid orders that are returned to us, we will process a refund to your original payment method, deducting the actual two-way shipping charges.

• Please ensure you provide your complete and accurate address, including your PIN code and a working mobile number, to avoid delivery failures.

Service Area

Currently, Yakuzen Organics ships exclusively within the borders of India. International orders are subject to availability provided that customer is ready to bear the shipping charges.
