With a background in Environmental Science from Seneca College, Toronto, she brings an environmental perspective to Yakuzen Organic’s vision. Ashka believes healthier living begins with conscious choices and a stronger connection with nature. As Co-Founder, she is committed to spreading awareness about organic and natural foods while encouraging healthier, more mindful lifestyles. Her mission is to help improve people’s lives by making natural, chemical-free food choices a meaningful part of everyday living.

Pathik Patel comes from a five-generation farming family, where agriculture has shaped his knowledge, values, and understanding of naturally grown food. With a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Agriculture and currently pursuing a PhD in Agriculture, he combines generations of farming experience with modern agricultural knowledge and research. His vision is to help people live healthier lives by reconnecting them with natural and organic foods. Through Yakuzen Organic, Pathik is committed to spreading awareness and making 100% natural, chemical-free, and responsibly sourced products more accessible, empowering people to make healthier choices for themselves and their families.
